Founded in 2023, Rangers Recon was formed by veterans and career security professionals who had watched the industry drift — undertrained officers, unverified posts, and reporting that existed only when something went wrong.
We built the opposite. Written post orders on every site. Unannounced supervisor inspections. Digital activity reports delivered daily whether anything happened or not. Officers assigned consistently so they learn a property instead of passing through it.
Today we operate independent cells across the State of Texas, serving construction sites, apartment communities, distribution centers, hospitals, houses of worship, retail centers, and private clients — all held to one standard regardless of contract size.
